How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard shipping for small decor takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7-14 business days for specialized white-glove delivery and assembly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Bonny ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working hard to expand our logistics network to offer international shipping in the near future.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
