Log in to your Bonny account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Package with Care
Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are used to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off or Schedule
Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping center or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
